Joining takes place on our Wild Apricot member portal. You'll be taken to vicbears.org.au to complete the sign-up. We don't store your card details — Wild Apricot does, under their security and privacy policies.

Why join
VicBears is a volunteer-run social club. The membership fee pays for the things that keep the club running — the website, the venue deposits, the printing, the floats at Pride, the pageant sash. It also keeps ticket prices for our members lower than they would otherwise be. The annual fee is small, the events are big.
You don't have to come to everything. You don't have to come to most things. You don't have to be a particular kind of bear, or a particular kind of person. You just have to want to be in the room.
Members get priority on the events that fill up — UnderBear, BearFest banquets, the Mr Australasia Bear pageant, anything with a capacity. Members get a key ring, which gets you into the member draw at Den Night, and which is a small but pleasant thing to have on your keys.
